Delivery POLICY

SAKURASHOP will deliver the products to the Customer within an approximate period of two (2) to three (3) working

days from the order confirmation date in Moldova.

SAKURASHOP may extend delivery times during sales and high season or in case of an irregularity in the order. In no

case, the delivery period will be more than thirty (30) days following the order confirmation date.

Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays. They will be delivered on the first following

business day.

The Customer will be able to track the orders if they have so requested in the purchasing process.

Delivery conditions

The delivery address will be the one indicated by the customer when placing the order. In case of an error in the

shipping address, our customer service department will contact the customer as quickly as possible. Shipping addresses must be physical places accessible to courier companies. SAKURASHOP does not deliver to collection

points or post offices.

If the Customer is not present at the indicated delivery address, the courier company hired by SAKURASHOP will make

up to 3 attempts to deliver the package. If the products cannot be delivered to the Customer after said number of

attempts, the products will be returned to SAKURASHOP, and the Customer must contact the Customer Service Department to agree on a new delivery.

If the customer wishes to change the delivery address after placing an order, they may do so by contacting customer service

At the time of delivery, the Customer must confirm receipt of the product to the courier company.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs that SAKURASHOP will apply in purchases made through the Website will be those detailed below for

each order made by the Customer.

SAKURA SHOP reserves the right to modify these amounts.

The customer accepts these shipping costs when purchasing the products
